ABOUT US
Our story is more about you, your projects, and more than six years of earning your trust – because that’s what matters. But a lifetime of experience set our foundation. Ryan Dustin began this work in the Tahoe-Truckee area in the 90’s at the tender age of twelve, and it sank into his bones. For over 25 years, he put shoulder to the wheel and pushed his way through managing people and operations for other firms.
In 2016, that experience was poured into his own firm and it’s been a landslide for Aspen ever since. Today Aspen Earthworks employs over 200 professionals, inventories tens of millions of dollars in specialized equipment, and through projects both commercial and philanthropic, is transforming Northern Nevada from the ground up.

Nothing is more important than safety. Our field team is OSHA trained, and we deploy all necessary safety PPE equipment and oversight personnel. We practice proper benching techniques, meticulously identify utilities, and so much more. Our commitment to safety protocol at all levels ensures focus on what matters most: that nobody gets hurt.
